Method
- Pre-heat the oven at 160C.
- Puree the mangoes and keep aside.
- Take butter in a bowl. Add the eggs, one by one, beat till light and fluffy.
- Now add in the chhana, powdered sugar and plain flour, beat till thoroughly mixed.
- Fold the mango puree into the batter.
- Grease the ramekins with butter, pour the batter into the ramekins till they are about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Or till a skewer inserted into the pudding comes out clean.
- Serve hot or cold.
