Mango Kulfi
Mango Kulfi. A mellifluous duet of reduced milk and mango pulp. Frozen till firm. Just the magic you need to light up a sultry summer afternoon. Enjoy !!!

- 1 cup milk 1 lit whole cow milk reduced to 1 cup
- 1 cup mango puree freshly extracted
- sugar to taste
Take the reduced milk and mango purée in a mixing bowl, whisk well.
Add sugar to taste.
Pour the batter in the kulfi moulds, refrigerate overnight. Remove from the mould, serve chilled.
